Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using https://awandigitals.me/ (the “Site”) or purchasing any product from Awan Digitals (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Return Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction), and if under 18, you have permission from a parent or guardian.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Any information you provide during registration or checkout is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if these conditions are not met.
3. Account Registration
- You may need to create an account to purchase or access certain products, courses, or subscriptions.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at awandigitals838@gmail.com or via WhatsApp if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4. Products and Services
4.1 Digital Delivery Only
All products sold on this Site — courses, subscriptions, tools, mods, guides, and resources — are delivered digitally (download link, account access, license/activation key, or subscription access). No physical goods are shipped.
4.2 Free and Paid Products
- Free products/courses are provided “as is,” without warranty, and are subject to change or removal at any time without notice.
- Paid products, courses, and subscriptions are subject to the pricing displayed at checkout, which may change without prior notice for future purchases (already-completed purchases are unaffected).
4.3 Product Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, screenshots, and requirements are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that every description is error-free, complete, or current at all times. If you find a significant discrepancy, contact us before purchasing.
4.4 Third-Party Tools and Mods
Some products (particularly mods and tools) may interact with, modify, or depend on third-party software, platforms, or services not owned or controlled by Awan Digitals. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, bans, or discontinuation of functionality caused by third-party platform updates or policy changes.
5. Payments
- Payments are processed through our designated third-party payment processors. We do not directly store your full card, bank, or wallet details.
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Site.
- All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized/illegal use.
6. Premium Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period, but no refund is issued for the unused portion (see our Refund and Return Policy).
- We may change subscription pricing or features with advance notice; continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. License and Intended Use
7.1 License Grant
Upon successful purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased product (course, tool, mod, or resource) for your personal, non-commercial use only, unless a product listing explicitly states otherwise (e.g., a commercial-use license).
7.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your purchased product, account access, or license key with others.
- Copy, reproduce, or repost course content, guides, or resources publicly or commercially without written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any tool or mod beyond its intended use, except where explicitly permitted.
- Use any product for illegal purposes or in a way that violates the terms of any third-party platform the product interacts with.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account and access, without refund.
7.3 Ownership
All content, branding, course material, graphics, and resources on this Site remain the intellectual property of Awan Digitals or its licensors. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it — not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
8. User Conduct
When using the Site or interacting with us (including via WhatsApp, email, or social channels), you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or restricted areas of the Site.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate Awan Digitals staff or other users.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Site without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these conduct rules.
9. WhatsApp Community and Channel
By joining our WhatsApp Channel or contacting us via WhatsApp, you agree to:
- Receive occasional updates, offers, or announcements related to our products.
- Follow WhatsApp’s own terms of service, which govern the platform itself.
- Refrain from spamming, sharing unrelated content, or misusing the community/channel.
We may remove members or restrict access to our WhatsApp Channel at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
10. Refunds
All refund eligibility, timelines, and procedures are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation. We do not guarantee that any tool, mod, or course will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Awan Digitals and its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Awan Digitals, its owners, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of any product, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or social platforms (including our Linktree, WhatsApp Channel, Facebook, Instagram, X, and GitHub). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site or any purchased product, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our products or community channels. Upon termination, your right to use any associated product or license ends immediately, and no refund will be issued for products already used or accessed.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection law.
